By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the j8com platform available at j8com.vip (the "Platform"), you ("Player," "User," or "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account on the j8com Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering your j8com account, you agree to:

• Keep your login credentials (username and password) strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.

j8com reserves the right to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any time, including at the point of withdrawal. You may be required to submit a government-issued ID, proof of address, and/or proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.

All financial transactions on the j8com Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). j8com accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following approved payment methods:

• E-Wallets: GCash, PayMaya / Maya
• Bank Transfer: BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank
• Debit Card: Philippine-issued debit cards linked to eligible bank accounts

Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. j8com reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of identity verification. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the j8com account holder.

j8com is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or network issues beyond our reasonable control. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected.

j8com may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time of the offer.

• Bonuses are credited to your j8com account in Philippine Peso and are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• Unless otherwise stated, bonuses must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• j8com reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the j8com Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your account by any third party, including minors.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward j8com staff or other players.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the j8com Platform without prior written consent from j8com.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, j8com, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the j8com Platform.

Without limiting the foregoing, j8com shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any part thereof.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or data by third parties.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in Platform content.
• Delays or failures in performance resulting from causes beyond j8com's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, network failures, or government actions.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, j8com's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit j8com's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

j8com reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if j8com reasonably believes that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• You have engaged in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive conduct on the Platform.
• Your continued use of the Platform poses a risk to j8com, other players, or third parties.
• You have failed to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• You are accessing the Platform from a prohibited jurisdiction.

Upon termination, j8com will process any remaining real-money balance in your account (net of any bonuses subject to forfeiture) in accordance with applicable regulations, provided that no outstanding verification or investigation is pending. Accounts terminated for fraud or breach of these Terms may have their balances forfeited in full.

You may close your j8com account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations or liabilities that arose prior to closure.

j8com reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, j8com will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

j8com operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations, including guidelines issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) where applicable. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as a representation that j8com's services are available or appropriate for use in jurisdictions outside the Philippines.
